I offer clients excellent value by streamlining the build process wherever I can. Bricklaying is my primary trade it's what I’ve done for over 20 years but I also take care of the groundwork myself, including machine work and setting out. That alone cuts out the need for extra contractors and helps bring your project in on budget.
My father’s a skilled carpenter, and over the years I’ve picked up a strong set of finishing skills from him too. From groundwork through to final internal touches, I can handle most parts of the build directly excluding plumbing and electrics, which I leave to trusted, fully-qualified sole traders I’ve worked with for years.
In contrast, many general builders will subcontract nearly every stage groundworkers, bricklayers, chippies, plasterers and that’s where costs start stacking up quickly. By keeping more of the work in-house, I can save you money without compromising on quality.
